Terms & Conditions

  1. The contest starts on 1st August 2024 and ends on 31st August 2024.
  2. IBs need to meet the minimum lot requirements to avail extra rewards on the total IB Commissions.
  3. ECN and Raw Spread account types are not eligible for this contest.
  4. The maximum reward is limited to $10,000 per IB.
  5. The contest is open to both new and existing IBs of YaMarkets.
  6. The trading volume target must be achieved by clients directly introduced by the affiliate. Sub-affiliate clients' trading volumes will not count towards the targets.
  7. Affiliates can monitor their volume targets through their IB CRM area.
  8. Trading volumes on the affiliate’s own trading accounts will not count towards the volume targets.
  9. Only forex, gold, silver, and cryptocurrency positions traded by clients directly introduced by the affiliate will count towards the volume target.
  10. Only closed trades will be considered for volume calculation. Open trades at the end of the contest period will not count.
  11. Only active client accounts during the contest period will be considered for the calculation of volume.
  12. The company reserves the right to unilaterally modify, change, or terminate the contest or any of its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or consent from the affiliates.
  13. By participating in the contest, affiliates agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
  14. These terms aim to provide clarity and transparency, ensuring a fair and rewarding experience for all participants in the YaMarkets IB Contest.
