Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • The iCopy Insured Plan (Version 2) is available to registered clients of YaWealth Invest Advisor and YaMarkets.
   • Minimum account funding requirement applies (as specified on the platform).
   • Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years and above, in jurisdictions where copy trading is legally permitted.

2. Insurance Protection

   • Insurance covers excessive drawdowns beyond the predefined threshold.
   • The protection limit, terms, and payout structure will be communicated to each participant at the time of enrollment.
   • Insurance does not guarantee profits; it only mitigates losses beyond agreed thresholds.

3. Profit-Sharing & Fees

   • Minimum deposit $3000. 0% fee subject to terms and conditions.
   • 0% profit-sharing fee applies only to clients who join before Diwali 2025.
   • After Diwali, the standard profit-sharing structure will resume as per YaWealth's policy.
   • Other charges (such as brokerage, spreads, swaps, or platform fees) may still apply.

4. Returns Disclaimer

   • The 29% net returns mentioned are historical results from Version 1 of the program and do not guarantee future performance.
   • Trading in financial markets involves risks, including potential loss of capital.
   • Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Diwali Rewards & Promotions

   • Diwali rewards and surprises are available only to clients who enroll before the promotional cut-off date.
   • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may be subject to availability.
   • Specific reward details will be communicated via official YaWealth channels.

6. Risk Disclosure

   • Forex and derivative trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
   • Participants should carefully consider their financial situation and risk tolerance before joining.
   • YaWealth and YaMarkets are not liable for losses beyond the scope of insurance coverage.

7. Transparency & Reporting

   • Performance reports and account statements will be available through the client portal.
   • YaWealth reserves the right to adjust strategies, risk limits, and execution models for performance optimization.

8. Termination & Withdrawal

   • Clients may exit the iCopy Insured Plan at any time, subject to settlement and withdrawal processing times.
   • YaWealth reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in case of non-compliance, fraud, or breach of terms.

9. Regulatory & Legal

   • YaWealth Invest Advisor operates under applicable advisory regulations in India.
   • YaMarkets operates as a licensed broker in its respective jurisdictions.
   • Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws regarding copy trading and forex investment.

10. General Conditions

    • YaWealth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the promotion (including 0% profit fee or Diwali rewards) at any time with prior notice.
    • All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction specified in YaWealth’s client agreement.
