Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period

   • The Campaign runs from 7^th September 2025 (00:00 GMT+4) to 10^th October 2025 (23:59 GMT+4) (“Campaign Period”).
   • Performance will be assessed on 15^th October 2025, and rewards will be credited by 20^th October 2025.

2. Eligibility

   • Only active and approved YaMarkets Introducing Brokers (IBs) are eligible to participate.
   • Eligibility is determined based on the IB’s clients’ Net Deposits and Trading Volume (lots) during the Campaign Period.
   • “Net Deposit” = (Total Deposits – Total Withdrawals) during the Campaign Period.
   • “Trading Lots” = Valid closed trades executed by IB’s referred clients.
   • Internal transfers, bonus credits, and invalid trading activities (scalping, arbitrage, wash trades, hedging between accounts, etc.) will not count towards eligibility.

3. Spin & Rewards Mechanics

   • IBs earn spins on the YaMarkets Diwali Wheel based on their clients’ combined deposits and trading lots, as per the slabs mentioned.
   • Each spin guarantees a reward valued on average at $200 (cash or gift).

4. Reward Options

   Participants can choose one of the following reward options after the Campaign closure:

   • Spin Rewards – Spin the Diwali Wheel for guaranteed festive prizes or cash bonuses.
   • Fixed Cash Reward – Skip the spin and opt for a pre-determined cash payout.

   Once a choice is made, it is final and cannot be changed.

   Rewards may be:

   Credited directly to the IB’s MT5 account,
   OR
   

   Adjusted against clients’ deposits (at YaMarkets’ discretion).

5. Reward Distribution

   • Rewards will be calculated on 15^th October 2025 and distributed by 20^th October 2025.
   • Cash rewards will be credited in USD to the IB’s YaMarkets account.
   • Gift rewards (if applicable) will be shipped or credited as per availability.
   • YaMarkets is not liable for shipping delays, customs charges, or product availability issues.

6. General Conditions

   • Each IB can participate only once under their registered IB code.
   • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into other benefits unless explicitly offered.
   • YaMarkets reserves the right to:
   • Verify eligibility and trading activity.
   • Disqualify any IB engaging in fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive trading behavior.
   • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at its discretion with prior notice.

7. Compliance & Legal Disclaimer

   • This Campaign is a promotional reward scheme and does not constitute investment advice, solicitation, or an offer to trade financial instruments.
   • Participation is subject to all applicable laws, regulations, and YaMarkets’ internal compliance policies.
   • YaMarkets’ decision regarding eligibility, reward allocation, or dispute resolution shall be final and binding.
   • By participating, the IB agrees to YaMarkets’ Privacy Policy and consents to the use of their name, image, or promotional materials for marketing purposes.
