Terms & Conditions

1. The Diwali Bonus promotion starts on 16 Oct 2025 and ends on 31st Oct 2025 inclusive.
2. This bonus is available only to clients who open or deposit in a Welcome Bonus Account Type during the Diwali promotion period.
3. Clients must complete full account verification (KYC) before the bonus is eligible for credit.
4. Deposits made outside this period will not qualify for the bonus.
5. The bonus is 100% of the qualifying deposit, up to a maximum bonus cap of $1000.
6. Example: If you deposit $1,000, you will receive $1,000 as bons, making your total traded equity $2,000.
7. Once a qualifying deposit is confirmed, the bonus will be credited automatically to the client’s trading account.
8. The bonus cannot be withdrawn by itself.
9. Profits generated from trades using the bonus funds may be withdrawn, provided the client meets trading volume or conversion conditions.
10. If a client withdraws funds or transfers funds from the trading account before meeting the required conditions, YaMarkets reserves the right to remove the bonus amount proportionally.
11. If at any point a withdrawal is made, YaMarkets reserves the right to cancel or revoke the bonus or a portion thereof.
12. Bonus funds may not be used to open positions in certain restricted products or to hedge with other accounts. (e.g. no internal hedging across accounts)
13. YaMarkets reserves the right to deny or cancel the bonus if it suspects abuse, fraudulent behavior, or violation of fair trading practices (e.g. bonus stacking, multiple accounts, arbitrage, wash trading).
14. YaMarkets reserves the right to impose stop-out margin / margin call levels to protect client equity and broker risk.
15. The promotion cannot be combined with other deposit bonuses or overlapping promotions.
16. YaMarkets reserves the unilateral right to suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
17. Any changes to terms will be communicated via official channels (website, email).
18. Clients participating in the bonus must also comply with YaMarkets standard Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure, AML / KYC policies, and Trading Rules.
19. In the event of disputes, YaMarkets’ decision is final.
20. YaMarkets reserves the right to alter any part of the bonus program or its terms, or to terminate the promotion entirely, at its discretion, and with or without notice.
21. If a change is made, new conditions will apply from that point onward; existing qualified participants may or may not be grandfathered in, per YaMarkets decision.
