Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period

   • The campaign is valid from July 10, 2025, to August 31, 2025 and only in India.
   • Only client portfolios migrated and linked during this period will qualify for the CPA and bonus rewards.

2. Eligibility Criteria

   • Indian Introducing Brokers (IBs) with an active and verifiable client portfolio at any other regulated forex broker.
   • A minimum of $10,000 in total net client deposits must be migrated and tagged to qualify.

3. IBs must submit:

   • A screenshot or statement showing client accounts or deposit summaries from other brokers. Proof of client ownership (Telegram/WhatsApp groups, CRM data, or any verifiable source).
   • The YaMarkets compliance team reserves the right to approve or deny any claim based on document validation.

4. 5% CPA Offer:

   • The 5% CPA is calculated on the total net deposits (deposits minus withdrawals) made by successfully migrated and tagged clients.
   • Payout is made in USD or INR equivalent, based on YaMarkets internal exchange rate.
   • CPA is processed within 5 working days after verification of the client list and deposit confirmation.
   • Only first-time deposits made by newly tagged clients will be considered for the 5% CPA.
   • Existing clients already registered with YaMarkets under another IB are not eligible for re-tagging.

5. VIP IB Badge & IB Recognition:

   • Eligible IBs will receive a VIP IB Badge and be listed on YaMarkets’ “Top Converting IB” leaderboard (if opted in).
   • Featured placement is subject to portfolio size and quality of migrated clients.

6. Client Tagging Rules:

   • Migrated clients must register through your IB referral link or be manually tagged after account verification.
   • Manual tagging requests must include clear proof of prior client relationship with the IB.
   • YaMarkets reserves the right to reject tagging requests for previously active or inactive accounts.

7. 20% Real Equity Bonus (Client Offer):

   • Only new clients migrating from other brokers.
   • Bonus is credited as real equity, withdrawable after 90 calendar days, provided:
   • No abuse or suspicious trading activity is detected.
   • No premature withdrawals are made during the lock-in period.
   • There is no limit on the bonus amount — higher deposits receive higher bonuses.
   • The 20% bonus does not require any volume targets or trading conditions.
8. Bonus offer is valid only for the first deposit post-migration.
9. All rewards are subject to verification and approval by YaMarkets compliance team.
10. Any fraudulent activity, multi-account abuse, or artificial deposit manipulation will lead to immediate disqualification.
11. YaMarkets reserves the right to amend, pause, or terminate the campaign at its sole discretion without prior notice.
12. Participation in this campaign implies full agreement with these terms and all related YaMarkets policies.
