Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • Rewards will be calculated on 5th October.
   • The campaign is open to all existing and new YaMarkets clients with a verified trading account.
   • A minimum deposit of $1000 is required to qualify for one spin chance.
   • Each additional deposit of $1000 entitles the client to one additional spin.

2. Campaign Period

   • The offer is valid until 30th September 2025.
   • Spins must be claimed within the campaign period; unclaimed spins will not be carried forward.

3. Spin & Rewards

   • Each spin guarantees a prize – no empty slots.
   • Prizes may include but are not limited to: Apple iPads/iPhones, gold & silver coins, shopping vouchers, gadgets, exclusive YaMarkets trading bonuses, festive hampers, and other surprises.
   • Rewards refresh daily and are subject to availability.

4. Trading Bonus Terms

   • Any trading bonus awarded is subject to YaMarkets’ standard bonus terms and conditions.
   • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn but profits earned from trading with the bonus may be withdrawn (subject to trading volume requirements).

5. Prize Distribution

   • Calculations will be done on 5th October, and all rewards will be credited or delivered on 15th October.
   • Physical prizes (gadgets, coins, hampers, etc.) will be shipped to the winner’s registered address. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.
   • Digital rewards (vouchers, trading bonuses, etc.) will be credited to the client’s YaMarkets account or shared via registered email within 7 working days.
   • Clients are responsible for providing correct shipping details. YaMarkets will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete information.

6. General Conditions

   • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   • YaMarkets reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value if required.
   • Multiple deposits and spins are allowed during the campaign.

7. Rights & Modifications

   • YaMarkets reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
   • In case of disputes, the decision of YaMarkets shall be final and binding.
