VIP Tier Requirements

IBs are ranked based on Net Deposits and Trading Volume over a 2-month cycle. To retain the tier, a minimum of 30% of the Net Deposit must be held for at least 30 days.

How the VIP Program Works

How the VIP Program Works

The program operates in a structured two-month performance cycle, followed by two months of active benefits.

  • Every 2 months, we review your performance as an IB
  • You qualify for a VIP tier based on your clients' net deposit and trading volume
  • Once qualified, your benefits are activated automatically for the next 2 months
  • You must maintain 30% of the deposit in trading accounts for 30 days to confirm eligibility

Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms carefully before participating in the VIP IB Club program. Participation implies full agreement with the conditions below.

  1. Eligibility
    • The VIP IB Club is open to all registered Introducing Brokers (IBs) under the YaMarkets Partner Program.
    • Qualification is based solely on actual performance within the stated program period.
    • There is no separate application process.
  2. Qualification Criteria

    • To qualify for a tier (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, VVIP), the IB must meet:

      • A minimum net deposit from referred clients during the 2-month cycle
      • A minimum number of standard lots traded during the same period
      • A 30% holding of the net deposit is retained in client trading accounts for at least 30 consecutive days
    • Standard lots are defined as 1.00 lot (100,000 units of the base currency).
    • Only live trading volume will be counted. Demo activity is excluded.
  3. VIP Cycle Period
    • VIP qualification runs in 2-month cycles (e.g. July 15 to September 15).
    • Benefits are active during the following 2-month reward period (e.g. September 16 to November 15).
    • Cashback rewards are paid at the end of the qualification cycle.
  4. Cashback Rewards

    • Cashback is paid as a percentage of the net deposit per tier:

      • Gold: 3%
      • Platinum: 5%
      • Diamond: 7%
      • VVIP: 10%
    • There is no maximum cashback limit per partner.
    • Cashback is credited to the IB commission wallet within 10 business days after the cycle
  5. Holding Requirement
    • At least 30% of the referred clients’ net deposit must remain in active trading accounts for 30 days.
    • Net deposit = Total deposits – Total withdrawals (during the campaign cycle).
    • If the holding condition is not met, VIP status and rewards may be delayed or forfeited.
  6. VIP Benefits
    • Additional VIP benefits (e.g. higher commission, event access, gifts, priority support, etc.) are granted based on the achieved tier.
    • YaMarkets reserves the right to modify or adjust benefits to match regional availability and IB performance.
    • Some features (such as co-hosted events or local office access) may depend on region and account manager approval.
  7. Disqualification Criteria
    • IBs involved in fraudulent, manipulated, or abusive trading (e.g. wash trading, volume abuse, internal hedging) will be disqualified.
    • Use of duplicate accounts or any violation of YaMarkets Partner Program rules will void VIP status and earnings.
    • YaMarkets reserves the right to audit and verify all trading and deposit activity.
  8. Program Changes
    • YaMarkets reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the VIP IB Club at any time without prior notice.
    • Any changes will be published via the Partner Portal and communicated by the assigned account manager.
  9. Final Authority

    All decisions related to VIP qualification, benefit distribution, and program disputes will be made by YaMarkets and are considered final.
