Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period: 22^nd August 2025 to 31^st August 2025.

2. Eligibility

   • Open only to inactive IBs (no active client business in the last 90+ days).
   • One participation per IB profile.
   • Clients must be fully KYC-verified and in good standing with YaMarkets.

3. Qualified Clients (QC)

   • A Qualified Client is defined as a client who deposits $10,000 or more during the campaign period.
   • Each QC qualifies for their own 50% bonus and confirmed trip/spin, subject to client terms.
   • QCs count toward IB thresholds (3 QCs = Spin Reward, 6 QCs = Voucher Reward).

4. Net Deposits

   • Net Deposits = Total Deposits – Total Withdrawals during the campaign.
   • For IB rewards, only qualifying clients’ net deposits will be considered.
   • Both individual and cumulative deposits may be used to meet thresholds ($30,000 / $60,000).

5. IB Rewards Structure

   Spin the Wheel Trip Reward:

   • Awarded when the IB reactivates 3 QCs (each $10,000+) OR achieves $30,000 total Net Deposits across reactivated clients.
   • Each qualifying achievement provides one guaranteed trip via Spin the Wheel.

   $1,000 Shopping Voucher:

   • Awarded when the IB reactivates 6 QCs OR achieves $60,000 total Net Deposits across reactivated clients.

   Both rewards may be earned if thresholds are achieved.

6. Reward Confirmation & Holding Period

   • Rewards (trip and/or voucher) are confirmed only after qualifying clients maintain their deposits for a minimum of 45 consecutive days without withdrawals.
   • If withdrawals reduce Net Deposits below the qualifying threshold within the 45-day period, the IB becomes ineligible for that reward.

7. Client Benefits

   Clients reactivated under this campaign are eligible for:

   • 50% tradable bonus on deposits starting from $200.
   • Maximum bonus limited to $5000.
   • Confirmed travel trip/spin if they deposit $10,000+ (subject to client terms).

   Client bonuses are non-withdrawable but may be used for margin. Profits earned remain fully withdrawable.

8. Fair Practice & Compliance

   Any abuse of the campaign, including but not limited to:

   • Use of multiple or duplicate accounts.
   • Internal or external hedging.
   • High-Frequency Trading (HFT) or other volume manipulation practices.
   • Collusion between IBs and clients.

   Will result in disqualification from the campaign.

   All activities remain subject to YaMarkets’ standard KYC/AML policies.

9. Availability of Rewards

   Travel destinations (Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, Maldives & Sri Lanka) are subject to availability, seasonal factors, and regional regulations.

10. YaMarkets reserves the right to adjust destination offerings if required.
11. Any deposits outside the campaign window will not be counted toward qualification.
12. YaMarkets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time.
13. Any changes will be communicated via official YaMarkets channels or website notice.
