Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is available exclusively for YaWealth 3.0 account holders during the campaign period ending 31st December 2025.
2. Each client is permitted to open only one insured account under the YaWealth 3.0 program.
3. The insurance applies only to net trading capital loss incurred while using the copy trading feature within the YaWealth system.
4. The program covers 200% of the verified net capital loss. The refund amount is calculated after the account’s final trade results are reviewed and confirmed.
5. To qualify for insurance, the client must copy trades only from approved Master Traders listed within the YaWealth platform.
6. Manual trading, EA usage, independent strategies, or modifications to copied trades invalidate insurance eligibility.
7. The insurance applies solely to the client’s deposited trading capital. Any bonuses, promotional credits, trading rewards, or non-cash incentives are not included in the coverage.
8. Capital used for this program must be fresh deposits. Internal transfers, credit adjustments, or previously withdrawn funds are not eligible.
9. Any withdrawal request made during active trading or before verification of final trading results nullifies the insurance benefit.
10. Clients must maintain an active trading cycle without intentional disruptions, inactive periods, or forced/manual trade closures intended to manipulate results.
11. YaMarkets will conduct full internal verification of trade history, execution logs, and account activity prior to approving any refund claim.
12. The 200% refund, if applicable, will be processed to the client’s registered internal wallet or designated settlement account in accordance with the company’s standard financial procedures.
13. The refund timeline may vary based on compliance checks, documentation requirements, and internal processing protocols.
14. The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash benefits, and is valid only within the YaWealth 3.0 account structure.
15. Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of all terms, and clients acknowledge that financial markets involve inherent risk.
16. YaMarkets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

All company decisions regarding eligibility, verification, and payout are final and binding.
