To maintain the integrity of the contest, the following rules apply:

  1. No Self-Trading: IBs cannot trade in their own or associated accounts.
  2. No Wash Trades or Volume Manipulation: Any artificial trading activity will lead to disqualification.
  3. New Clients Only Count Once: Recycled or previously dormant accounts will not be considered.
  4. No Rebating or Kickbacks: IBs offering incentives or sharing rebates will be disqualified.
  5. Valid Sub-IB Activity: For Master IB Brokerages, Sub-IBs must generate independent, verifiable client flow.
  6. Audits & Compliance: The company reserves the right to audit accounts and withhold brokerages if abuse is detected.
  7. Extra Brokerage Credit Date: By May 10, 2025.

  8. All decisions by YaMarkets and the compliance team are final.
